Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the identification and selection of potential suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track and monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and operations, to support the procurement process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
