Job Description
- Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions.
- Gather and analyze quality management requirements.
- Document business processes and identify improvement areas.
- Configure quality planning, inspection, and control processes.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD).
- Lead implementation, system setup, customization, and testing.
- Develop test plans and conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Create detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimize SAP QM system.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and business analysts.
- Stay updated with SAP QM developments and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
