Overview

Arkhitech is seeking a Technical Content Writer to build market position by locating, developing, and defining business relationships with clients across the globe.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and integrating content marketing strategies
• Planning and structuring the documentation to ease up the internal sharing of information and coming up with improvements to add quality to the written documentation
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, business proposals, and process documentation
• Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns
• Write SEO-optimized content to promote our products & services
• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent voice across all documentation
• Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
• Working with customers to define their content needs
• Produce content marketing campaigns to drive leads
• Conducting research on any given topic
• Keeping up to date with current digital trends
• Adhering to Arkhitech’s policies, standards, and procedures in the performance of job duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (CS/Business background is preferred)
• Experience in a digital environment, B2B technology company preferably IT managed Products/Services
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, technical documentation, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems and WordPress/Software documentation
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementStrong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
