Job Description
Able to create a safe, healthy, fun environment for the children and perform all tasks related to their care. The aim is to nurture and stimulate the children’s development.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Undertaking creative and educational activities to enhance children’s skills.
- Teaching courteous behaviors and polite communication.
- Reading and engaging with children.
- Planning and supervising rest and nap times.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in interactive areas.
- Communicating with parents and HR during emergencies.
- Scheduling children’s activities and reporting to HR.
- Ensuring childcare supplies are in working condition.
Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred; early childhood development training or Montessori diploma a plus.
- Previous childcare experience, ideally in an office setting.
- First aid certification advantageous.
