Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.
The main responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for this role.
Experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the selected candidates.
