Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Specialist at Baba Bakers (Pvt.) Ltd. in DHA, Lahore. The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving corporate sales, managing sales activities, developing business, and negotiating deals to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities at the corporate level by visiting various industries and potential clients.
  • Customer Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of our product range and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and offer competitive pricing strategies to attract and retain corporate customers.
  • Corporate Sales Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in corporate-level sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify market share, gaps, customer targeting strategies, and provide actionable insights and suggestions for growth.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Growth Strategy: Provide strategic input and recommendations to enhance market presence and achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Corporate Sales, Sales, and Business Development skills
  • Experience in Corporate Sales Management and Negotiation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of the sweets and bakery market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
