Job Description
Primary Function:
Analysis of Data, generating reports, prepare & manage timely posting of documents in ERP system, verification and mature documents to provide in time information to concerns. Manage timely collection of claims from distributors on a national basis. Managing agreements and coordination with vendors, support in audits.
Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare & publish Daily reports.
- Compile reports at Distributor level from data extracted through the ERP system.
- Prepare various analytical reports.
- Maintain a record of Drug Sales License of Distributors.
- Posting of documents in ERP system and maintain a record.
- Verification of Credit / Debit Notes (rates / Units), services Bills.
- Posting of payments received from customers in the ERP system.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions.
- Coordinate with Trade Team for the collection of Distributor’s Trade Offer claims.
- Coordinate with Trade Team for verification of FOCs issuance in Market with complete documentation for compliance quarterly audit purpose.
- Timely Issuance of Shelf Rental Claims of Distributors.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for resolving queries and timely posting of Credit Notes.
- Control of all SOPs related to the department.
- Manage TMS, Inventory Movement & IMS reports.
- Complete control of Pricing of all SKUs with batchwise details and timely change prices of SKUs after receiving approval from Management.
- Keep all-time updated record.
- Manage other jobs as and when assigned by Superiors.

Education/ Knowledge & Experience:
- University graduate, Business or equivalent disciplines
