Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to find suitable marketing/event management agencies.
- Assist in agency evaluation and selection based on project needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Manage procurement processes and ensure timely transactions.
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile invoices.
- Identify service providers for construction projects.
- Evaluate bids and proposals for project alignment.
