Job Description
Overview:
The incumbent will interface between floor & inventory teams, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound activities. Responsibilities include daily warehouse project activities, coordinating with floor operations, and providing regular reports in line with SOP.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control daily project operations.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of all activities.
- Control staff productivity and discipline.
- Provide solutions for operational issues.
- Liaise with Inventory team for cycle count schedule.
- Control inbound/outbound warehouse activities.
- Ensure stock accuracy matches the system.
- Ensure well-documented reports support.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-4 years warehousing experience in multinational/local logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proficient in warehouse procedures/policies.
- Ability to influence individuals/teams towards goals.
- Strategic, analytical, achievement-driven, and initiative-taking.
- Good management, interpersonal, communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and related software.
