· Responsible address inbound calls pertaining to inquiries.
· Provide comprehensive guidance and support to customers, ensuring their queries are effectively resolved.
· Systematically organize and maintain lead data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
· Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling to nurture and convert leads.
· These responsibilities reflect a strong commitment to customer service and lead generation.
