Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The HR Intern will assist the HR department with various tasks and projects aimed at supporting the company’s workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR personnel in daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing materials, conducting orientations, and assisting with paperwork.
  • Help maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, or recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, sharing insights or recommendations with the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience in HR is a plus.
