Job Description
Role Purpose:
- Provide Business Solutions with a focus on Customer Centricity
- Participate in Business Requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders
- Understand User Journeys and propose effective Business solutions
- Deep understanding of platforms for customer facing web applications and system architecture
- Support Product Owner in backlog management and estimation
- Collaborate with Product owners and Tech leads on MVP Prioritization
- Participate in team activities like Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
- Enforce common structures for BA Methodology in Requirement Management
- Encourage team self-organization and share Agile best practices
- Provide consultancy, technical guidance, and Leadership to teams
- Work closely with stakeholders to address business challenges
- Participate in organizational Agile activities and promote automated processes
- Assist in implementing process improvements defined in Sprint Retrospectives
