Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
BBA/MBA with 2 years of experience in Brand management preferably in FMCG industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of Brand and Market sales data to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Manage social-media communication and engagement.
- Monitor Artwork development and printing process.
- Create networks, foresee roadblocks, and propose solutions.
- Track profitability margins and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with trade marketing for POS execution.
- Update sales tracker sheets and make recommendations.
- Create IMC plans and develop insights on brand trends.
- Work closely with Consumer Insights team for analysis.
- Conduct market visits to identify distribution gaps.
- Assist Brand Manager with project requirements.
