Job Description
Job Description: The person will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale, complex projects.
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior delivery managers and project teams, promoting best practices and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager or in a senior project management role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
- Hands-on development experience in .NET or Java.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Title Insurance industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
