- Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor of Science, preferably with MBA.
- Experience: 2 years in a similar role or 5 years as Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager, or Group Product Manager in a reputable pharmaceutical firm.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales management, and team management skills.
