Job Description
We are hiring for a VoIP Support Engineer at IoT Expert. This role offers personal growth and career progression in a rapidly growing business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support clients using VoIP, SIP Trunks, Fixed Line Services, Broadbands.
- Provide troubleshooting for PBX, VoIP, IP telephony, DSL, and ADSL.
- Raise technical support cases and ensure SLA compliance.
- Diagnose and provide solutions to business users.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Strong communication skills and customer service attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop within the telecom industry
Must-Haves:
- Customer service background
- 2-3 years of experience in VoIP Support/ Technical Support role
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic SIP/VoIP knowledge
- B2B and Helpdesk experience
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking and IP PBX systems
- Experience with IP phones, routers, and computer networking
