Job Description:
As a Senior Executive in Export Logistics & Documentation, you will oversee and manage all aspects of export and import shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics and Transportation Management: Lead logistics efforts, ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Cargo Booking and Coordination: Plan and manage cargo bookings, coordinate with customers.
- Container and Shipment Handling: Arrange container releases, oversee export shipments.
- Transporter and Forwarder Liaison: Work with transporters and forwarders.
- Shipment Scheduling and Tracking: Ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation Management: Handle all pre and post-shipment documentation.
- Banking Correspondence: Manage interactions with banks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce.
- Proven experience in export logistics & documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
