Job Description
Job descriptions:
- Ordering necessary goods, evaluating Proforma Invoices, and arranging Purchase Orders.
- Checking H.S code, duty estimates, and terms based on favorable conditions.
- Handling Bank Guarantees, Bid Bonds, LCs, and Bank contracts with suppliers.
- Coordinating with Freight Forwarders for FOB shipments.
- Follow-up with suppliers for shipments and effective communication with clearing agents.
