Job Description
The Customer Support/Onboarding Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the onboarding process for new clients and their team members. This role involves creating training materials, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients onto the platform. The ideal candidate should have a background in customer support, good communication skills, and a passion for mastering client product knowledge. Fintech Domain background will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new customers.
- Lead training sessions and coaching to ensure effective onboarding.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the onboarding process based on feedback.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and guides.
Requirements:
- Education Required: BSCS, BSIT, BSSE, or relevant experience.
- Experience Required: 5+ years.
- Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.
