Job Description
Job Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and customer-centric Inbound Call Support Specialist to join our night shift team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound customer calls, providing excellent service and support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively in real time.
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist with email support for websites.
- Provide backup support for live chat when required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, preferably as a calling agent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Quick decision-making power and ability to resolve issues on the spot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
