Job Description
Shift Timings: 3 pm to 12 am
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11, Karachi.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fit Solutions in Karāchi. The Specialist will handle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of BPO industry experience
- Recruiting, Hiring, and Employer Branding skills
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR or Recruitment certifications a plus
