Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Program Officer to join our team for the Qadam Ba Qadam project. As a Program Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing SBCC strategies to promote positive behavior change
- Conducting research and analysis to identify target audiences and their communication needs
- Designing and overseeing the production of communication materials
- Building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of SBCC initiatives
To qualify for this position, you should have a strong background in communication, preferably with experience in the field of SBCC. Excellent project management and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
