Job Description
This position is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of SP products in a defined territory, under the direction of the territory VP SP Business. Responsibilities include developing new sales opportunities, addressing customer needs, and educating customers on product pricing and competitive advantages. Additionally, guiding new sales representatives is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets, develop business plans, and execute sales strategies.
- Utilize market and account skills to engage with specific target audiences.
- Identify and reach out to potential new customers.
- Maintain market knowledge, understand competitive products, and align them with customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and order management.
- Provide training to Sales Support personnel on product pricing and application.
- Implement sales and marketing programs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Education: 4-year college degree preferred, with an engineering or technical background. A technical degree or relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Experience: 4-8 years of relevant industry experience in IT, Data center, or Electrical sectors preferred.
