Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for analyzing and maintaining procurement and logistics data
- Accurately report project milestones to top management
- Analyze commodity markets to understand trends
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on various factors
- Interact with vendors and employees to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee office operations and requirements
- Work with finance and People teams to plan and execute office activities
- Arrange international travel and handle visa processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement and administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in process invention and data analysis
- Excel proficiency and other MS Office skills
