Job Description
Department/Career Track: Finance and Accounting
Position: Accountant/Senior Accountant
Number of Positions: 2
Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Location: 19 Dockyard Road, West Wharf, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Learn ERP software and train others.
- Prepare and report financial accounting transactions.
- Support in monthly and annual closings.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Submit returns under relevant tax laws timely.
- Enter financial data accurately into ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy in financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- Basic understanding of taxation for computations and returns.
- Strong MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- ACCA or ACMA certification is a plus.
