Job Description
We are looking for young, energetic individuals to join our team at Tkxel, responsible for creating a great experience for all. As the Front Desk/People Experience Representative, you will be stationed in the main lobby to welcome visitors, offer support, and ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the entrance and lobby are always presentable
- Greet and assist guests
- Provide guidance and support
- Coordinate interviews
- Follow up with visitors
- Handle incoming calls
- Maintain records
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience as a Front Desk Officer or Brand Ambassador
- Office management knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
