Job Description
The position will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues, identify relevant data sources, extract data, and create necessary information for OE and OEE.
The incumbent will also prioritize opportunities, assist in implementing improvements, and measure progress in waste reduction and productivity enhancement.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify key process areas critical for business continuity and performance measurement.
- Communicate process improvement strategies effectively.
- Present findings tailored to stakeholders’ needs.
- Create and maintain data visualizations for key metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to solve problems and extract data.
- Report progress on improvement projects monthly.
- Lead OEE tasks for both sites.
- Prepare OE Report after batch manufacturing and successful PV batch completions.
- Provide data for finance to calculate savings from continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Pharm-D / M. Sc (Chemistry) / Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering
- 4 – 7 years’ experience in production or OE
- Basic cGMP knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics.
