Job Description
While working as a Customer Support Specialist at Nodeus, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions and claim resolutions to customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to emails
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Maintaining customer information in Hubspot
- Understanding products, pricing, and competition
- Establishing relationships with end users and internal teams
- Preparing customer spreadsheets and maintaining records
- Collaborating with internal teams for effective communication and meeting company goals
- Assisting team members as needed to meet KPIs
Skills required:
- Strong command of English
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Organizational skills
- Experience in customer-centric roles
- Bachelor’s Degree
Work hours: 6 pm to 3 am (Mon-Fri) Pakistan time
Salary: PKR 50,00 – PKR 70,00 plus benefits
