Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Savills in the role of Transactional Services – Analyst/Senior Analyst. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage and facilitate property transactions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities/Qualifications – Analyst/Senior Analyst

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or supply-chain experience.
  • Manage end-to-end property transactions.
  • Ability to facilitate negotiations between parties.
  • Ability to review and understand legal documents and agreements.
  • Motivation and willingness to travel to site locations.
  • Experience in developing presentations and reports, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous real estate experience is not a pre-requisite but will be considered a bonus.
