Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Recovery at Etihad Real Estate in Lahore. The Team Lead Recovery will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to recovering overdue payments, coordinating with legal teams, managing recovery strategies, and ensuring timely collections.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- 4 Years of Real Estate experience required
- Experience in debt recovery and collections
- Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt recovery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Location: Raiwind Road, Lahore.
