Job Description
Must have strong experience of managing large finishing projects.
Be efficient team player, capable of making a team.
Experience with both Consultants and Contractors will be ideal.
Must deal effectively with all project stakeholders.
Must have strong command of quality control and quality assurance issues.
Must have strong command in creating procedures for the smooth progress at the site.
Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.
Coordinate with all consultants and contractors for the execution of multiple services, strictly in accordance with spec on time and within budget.
Coordinate with Planning and MEP teams for proper and smooth execution of construction activities.
Must be capable of planning the work and oversee the procurement of necessary owner furnished materials and equipment.
Provide full technical assistance to the Project Manager in miscellaneous activities and management of the construction team.
Ensure construction activities are in accordance with the schedule.
Must be able to handle any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
Review and implement technical specifications for civil and architectural works.
Provide assistance in the preparation of tender documents.
Problem identifier and solver.
Strong report writing and flag raising. Will develop civil structural project documents as required related to the trade.
Keep and produce minutes of various project meetings.
Must be aware of project closing strategy.
Manage punch-list and supervise the rectification of punch-list work in a manner to smoothly hand over the quality building to the users on time and within budget.
