Job Description
The Business Analyst at SSA Soft is a key player in identifying, analyzing, and documenting software requirements, ensuring project development aligns with client needs and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Identify business needs and customize software to meet client requirements
- Support software updates to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Facilitate communication between end-users and development teams through testing and bug reporting
- Customer-focused with proficiency in Frameworks and Application Development
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
Requirements:
- Graduate in CS/IT or Software Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Software House
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience working with international clients
Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
