Job Description
Are you passionate about recruitment and keen to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are currently seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. You will work closely with the HR team to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and attract top talent.
- Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to find potential candidates
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications
- Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
