Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Services Representative in our Contact Centre, specifically for Patient Access.

As a Customer Services Representative, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional service and support to patients accessing our healthcare services. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns patients may experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from patients and assist them with their inquiries
  • Provide information about healthcare services and ensure patients have a clear understanding
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating patient access to healthcare professionals
  • Resolve any issues or concerns patients may have, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting a positive experience

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience. Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a contact centre environment, is preferred.
