Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Sales Representative located in Lahore. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong computer literacy is required to navigate systems and provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Sales Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Effective interpersonal skills for communication
- Customer satisfaction skills for issue resolution
- Computer literacy for system navigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus. Freshers can also apply.
