Job Description
- Required Qualifications and Education:
Graduation or above with major subjects in statistics, project management, or development studies.
- Job-Related Experience in Years:
3 years of experience in the social and developmental sector.
- Technical / Job Required Skills:
Impeccable skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Should have exceptional report writing and document development skills.
- Soft Skills/ Attributes:
Meeting tight deadlines, flexible, learning, and social worker.
Job Duties, Roles & Responsibilities (What to Do?):
- To conduct in-depth multifaceted research on the allotted topics/material.
- Bring all the research material in presentable document form (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Development of courses as per the program department.
- Field visits to collect information from ongoing projects/activities.
- To assist the supervisor in the conduction of training and other learning sessions.
- To collect, organize, and analyze the data.
- To develop and submit reports after the completion of any activity.
- Any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor or the department head.

- To improve the overall efficacy and productivity of the organization.
- To bring improvement in the quality of work.
- To rationalize and balance the workload of field and desk work.
- To help maximize the program output by dwelling on grey areas.
