Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Tele-Sales Specialist – Inbound (Night Shift) at Human Resource Solutions International – HRSI. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and generating revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming sales calls and addressing customer inquiries
- Providing product information and advice to customers
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
