Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive at Senew Tech. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, service, handling communication, managing contact centers, and engaging in sales activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Contact Centers and Sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
