Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Accurately enter and update data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality following company policies.
- Regularly perform data cleaning and verification tasks.
- Data Research and Lead Generation:
- Conduct online research to collect contact information for leads.
- Utilize online platforms and tools for data gathering.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations for business strategies.
- Social Media Metrics Analysis:
- Monitor social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on social media performance.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain documentation and guides for data processes.
- Create training materials for new team members.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Support research and administrative tasks as required.
- Seek opportunities to improve data processes continuously.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of data entry and research techniques.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
- Experience in lead generation tools and social media analytics is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
