Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Division for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent for AIMVIZ. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs for each department and develop a strategy to successfully fill open positions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting with experience in the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade others.
- Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through various methods, including social media, digital networking, and outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Field.
- Proven success in managing a high volume of requisitions, prioritizing workload, and ensuring requisitions are filled in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with diversity recruiting and building pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
- Possess a sense of urgency and results-driven mindset.
Timings: 03pm to 12am
Location: Gulshan Iqbal Block 6
Salary: 70-85k
