Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, administering benefits, and fostering a positive company culture within our Rawalpindi office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage employee relations effectively
- Experience with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Experience with performance management and training and development programs.
