Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader Manufacturing Quality at Philip Morris International. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes in our manufacturing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians in ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
- Proficient in quality control tools and techniques
