Job Description
Role Overview:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining IT systems in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Tasks include helpdesk management, network troubleshooting, and application support. Responsibilities include support ticket handling, asset tracking, Data Centre oversight, and equipment logistics. Some travel may be required for on-site IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support & Coordination: Resolve IT issues and collaborate with the head office team.
- Ticket Management: Update and resolve support tickets promptly.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
- Data Centre Oversight: Monitor Data Centre operations.
- Equipment Handling: Manage IT equipment logistics.
- Remote Support: Provide on-site IT support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in IT support or relevant role.
- Skills: Strong IT expertise, knowledge of ticketing systems, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and willingness to travel.
