Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team, working onsite and following US timings. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of US labor laws. You should also be a team player with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution.
