Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to handle insurance monitoring, payment vouchers, lease instalments, and support banking limit renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on payment vouchers to ensure timely processing.
- Monitor insurance expiration dates and coordinate renewals.
- Handle insurance claims for company vehicles, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Arrange the timely submission of lease instalments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist management in the renewal of banking limits by providing necessary documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of all finance-related documents and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: MBA in Finance or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a finance or related role.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
