Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Technical Support Engineer to manage IT Support for small to medium-sized projects of key international clients, using technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide remote support globally
- Respond promptly to customer and field engineer issues
- Own and resolve customer issues
- Research and troubleshoot problems
Requirements:
- Microsoft, Cisco certifications
- BS in IT or Computer Science
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
