Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Services Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our machines are maintained and repaired to the highest standards, both at customer locations and within our workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and a thorough understanding of electromagnetic machines and their functions.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair our machines at customer sites and in the workshop, ensuring full satisfaction as per employer standards.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electronically controlled pumps, motor valves, and related equipment.
• Key in operational messages and configure machine controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Document service activities and report on machine performance and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in electronics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetic machines, including electronically controlled pumps and motor valves (small size).
• Experience with configuring and operating electronic controls and messaging systems.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work in various environments as needed.
