Job Description
Company Description: Urban Communications is a customer support service provider based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with offices in the UK and UAE. Since December 2018, we have offered services including customer support, sales, lead generation, software and website development, and business coaching.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role involving new business development, lead generation, account management, and client communication at Urban Communications.
Core Duties:
- Compile and manage prospects data
- Market services and contact prospects
- Follow up on leads
Qualifications:
- Conventional business development, lead generation knowledge
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Account management experience
Relevant Skills:
- Experience in sales or business development
- Knowledge of customer support services
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 1pm to 9pm
Compensation:
- PKR 75,00 salary
- PKR 75,00 bonus per client acquisition
- PKR 5,00 punctuality bonus
