Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our SME garment manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, textile and garment manufacturing experience, and a proactive approach to managing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock control and inventory management.
- Ensure all manufacturing operations run efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely production.
- Supervise and motivate production teams to achieve production targets.
