Job Description
Provides client relationship to mid-sized clients through executives and leaders in client organizations in a part of the mid-sized market or a large region. Grows revenue by leveraging IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities.
Essential Functions:
- Assists the sales team in selling IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts or territory under direct supervision to achieve revenue goals.
- Participates in sales/proposal presentations with potential clients.
- Identifies contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and elevates for qualification.
- Interfaces with marketing, market research, and IT at the user level with existing and prospective clients.
- Represents the company in all sales-related activities.
- Monitors client satisfaction and manages renewals and subscriptions.
- May participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Four years of experience required
